About me
Hi!, I don't really know how to introduce myself, at the moment I don't want to reveal any personal information about me so I can't say much.
On the internet I go by the name Qohelet12 and I've dedicated myself to editing Wikipedia and contributing illustrations about arthropods and other extinct invertebrates, although lately I've only done the latter since I have almost no time to edit. Thanks to my editing Wikipedia I was able to learn the basics of arthropods and their huge fossil record, so I became an enthusiast. (This is something I may talk about on the blog soon).
In my spare time I like to make drawings (you can find some examples in the gallery) or pixel art (that I have not practiced much), and sometimes I like to watch useful videos and read. Although if I'm honest, I don't consider myself an artist hehe.
Personally I'm interested in internet privacy because of what I discovered some years ago about how the internet works, mainly the massive surveillance of large corporations (e.g. the 'Big Five') and the problems of the modern web.
About the site
I decided to create this site to share my drawings, I could have chosen another site to store my drawings but I chose Neocities because it is more respectful of privacy and quite customizable, plus there are a lot of very nice and interesting sites on Neocities (as many of them have a retro feel)! Although I must admit that many are quite weird...
I'll make it clear that this is a personal site in case someone might think otherwise, the point is that I won't express all my opinions or thoughts here.
Oh and, please, no one take the banner text too much to heart XD.
